It's already Jan 3rd...how did this happen so fast? I had plans to write my 2010 closing thoughts, my 2o11 resolutions, and then diligently start documenting the new year. total FAIL.
I spent new years eve by taipei 101 again. The fireworks were rumored to be amazing (since Taiwan celebrates it's 100th birthday this year)...however, although they were better than last years, I still think they were MEHH. Highlights of the evening: hugging random strangers, hitching a ride on the back of a garbage truck, karaoke with random people in a basement of a coffee shop, and walking among the herds of taiwanese screaming 新年快樂 (happy new years). Good times in Taipei.
Now, I'm need to stay focused on the year ahead. The next few months will be filled with lots of hard work as I look for a job and find ways to financially support myself in the meantime. Happy New Years to all my friends out there reading my little space of blogland. May 2011 be a magical year, full of happiness, learning experiences, health, love, and PEACE.
Happy New Year Natalie! I am so happy to hear that you enjoyed your NYE in Taipei, it sounded like an amazing night! Keep blogging my dear! <3
